My name is Peter D Martin and I have traded as Perspekt Design since 2001. My core business is the design and approval of domestic extensions and alterations. Individually or in combination I provide:
  • Planning applications and drawings for extensions and conversions
  • Building Regulations drawings and specifications
  • Structural design
  • 3-D CAD and visualisations
  • Managing the progress of submissions to Planning and Building Control departments*
  • Design of hard landscaping and features.

*Typically but not exclusively in Vale & South Oxon, West Oxon, Cherwell, Oxford City and South Northants districts
